Job Purpose / Mandate Guide banks through SaaS adoption by applying deep understanding of end‑to‑end architectures—legacy platforms to modern SaaS—and providing architectural insight from presales through implementation. Articulate the business value of Zafin’s platform within each bank’s architecture and collaborate across the Zafin ecosystem and with customers to ensure solutions are technically sound, strategically aligned, and support modernization roadmaps. Drive Enterprise SaaS Solution Architecture Excellence – Provide end‑to‑end guidance, from legacy transformation to SaaS adoption, and design robust, strategically aligned solutions. Foster High‑Performing, Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Mentor solution architects, champion best practices, and ensure cohesive collaboration across engineering, product, and implementation teams. Internal / External Facing Both internal and external stakeholders: collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders, and interface with external parties to achieve successful client outcomes. Top 3–5 Technical Skills Strong technical foundation in core banking systems, modernization, pricing, and billing across retail, corporate, and commercial banking. Design scalable, secure, reliable systems across platforms—including microservices, APIs, integration frameworks, data flow, and interoperability. Proficiency in software design principles, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools for efficient solution delivery. Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001). Produce clear architecture design documents that guide development teams and maintain technical integrity.
