ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Reports to: Store Manager Primary Mission As an Assistant Store Manager at Lolë, you are the Store Manager’s right hand and play a key role in the overall management of the store. You actively contribute to delivering a premium customer experience, driving sales performance, ensuring visual excellence, and leading teams in alignment with the brand’s values and standards. You ensure continuity of management and operations in the Store Manager’s absence. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Experience & Satisfaction Ensure a consistent, high-quality, and inspiring customer experience Handle complex and sensitive customer situations Lead by example on the sales floor Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions 2. Sales Performance & Business Management Co-manage sales targets and overall store performance Track and analyze KPIs (sales, UPT, conversion rate, average basket) Implement commercial action plans Actively support the team on the sales floor to achieve results Contribute to reporting and performance analysis 3. Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, and support the team on a daily basis Supervise Team Leaders and Key Holders Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training Provide regular feedback and contribute to annual performance reviews Develop talent and identify growth opportunities 4. Visual Excellence & Brand Image Ensure the implementation and adherence to Lolë’s visual merchandising standards Oversee store presentation and product displays Maintain visual consistency and attractiveness of the store Proactively suggest improvements to enhance visual impact 5. Operational & Administrative Management Support scheduling, absences, and coverage management Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandise flow Ensure compliance with internal procedures, HR policies, and safety standards Open and close the store as required Act as Store Manager in their absence Profile Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager Strong leadership and commercial skills Results-driven with a strong customer-centric mindset Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility Interest in active lifestyle, wellness, and sustainable fashion Key Skills Leadership & people management Sales performance analysis High standards for customer experience and execution Organization & prioritization Communication & decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr
