Join to apply for the Territory Sales Rep role at Keurig Dr Pepper Canada Job Overview As a Territory Sales Rep (TSR) for Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP), you will manage assigned stores within Ontario. Reporting to the Ontario Regional Sales Manager, you will drive distribution and display of KDP products, execute all in‑store plans, and achieve sales objectives for the area under your responsibility. Responsibilities Drive product distribution, display, and incremental volume at large format and specialty banners in Ontario (including Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Burlington). Leverage the CRM tool to maximize sales opportunity, provide up‑to‑date store/banner/region performance, and maintain customer database, notes, call schedules, and store objectives. Ensure in‑store execution of all account promotional and feature activity. Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to all stakeholders, acting professionally as the face of KDP at the store level. Be the territory expert, aware of emerging customer trends, opportunities, challenges, and operational procedures. Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff so they can discuss product benefits. Manage financial responsibilities, including operating and trade spending budgets (T&E) and trade dollars management (Rapidraft) within prescribed limits. Complete required paperwork, data collection, and processes accurately and promptly. Total Rewards CAD $67,800.00 – $77,000.00 annually (actual placement depends on experience, skills, and other factors). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Prior consumer products/retail experience with knowledge of Ontario grocery accounts preferred. Positive attitude with capacity to learn. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an iPad. Ability to travel within Ontario (including overnights) and attend bi‑annual out‑of‑province meetings. Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
