About the Role Normandin Beaudry, a leading Canadian actuary and total rewards consulting firm, is recruiting an experienced consultant to join our Group Benefits team in the Toronto office. The role involves managing client projects, coordinating resources, and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage ongoing projects and resources. Delegate and review the work of consultants, associate consultants and analysts. Make recommendations, anticipate needs and respond to requests from internal and external clients. Participate in annual projects (budgets, financial statement analyses, renewals, etc.) and ad‑hoc projects (plan‑design analyses, benchmarking, market studies, etc.). Prepare presentations for stakeholders and project members. Qualifications University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics or business administration. At least eight years of relevant experience, including consulting or group‑benefits experience. Strong team spirit, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills. Versatility, flexibility, availability and organizational skills. Positive attitude, autonomy and accountability.
