This includes responsibility for scheduling, staffing, and the implementation, development, delivery, and evaluation of supervised access services operated by Kinark Child and Family Services across Simcoe, Peterborough, and Northumberland Counties. The Supervisor supports and guides a multidisciplinary team working with separated and divorced families (children, youth, and adults), many of whom present with highly complex needs related to trauma, mental health and addictions, and legal involvement. Services are often delivered within the context of court orders and highly conflictual family situations. compensation: $38.92/hr CAD- $48.65/hr CAD The role ensures ongoing compliance with Ministry of Community, Children and Social Services service agreements, including funding requirements and reporting obligations. The Supervisor actively collaborates with members of the local management team to support continuous quality improvement and effective service delivery. This role (Client Services Supervisor) is assessed as a Roamer position requiring 2 days in the office per week. *This position is also eligible for a Compressed Work Week. The hours for this position is 40 hours (5 days per week). Duties & Responsibilities (are not limited to): Provide operational, budgetary, and clinical leadership for the Supervised Access Program across Peterborough, Simcoe, and Northumberland, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with program mandate, ministry service agreements, funding requirements, standards, best practices, and Kinark policies and procedures. Provide supervision, leadership and training opportunities to employees Manage an effective referral/intake, documentation, collection, development and distribution process of all client reports, reporting practices and maintenance of client data. Develop protocols/memberships and network, maintain community partnerships/relations/connections with key justice, social services and community stakeholders including an Advisory Committee regarding program; best practices, feedback about quality/experience/ credibility and opportunity for unique education/training Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety of all participants including staff. Manage and engage in difficult conversations to ensure service demands, complaints and critical incidents are addressed. Qualifications: Completion of University degree or equivalent 1 – 5 years practical or position related experience required. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and coach staff Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening and the ability to understand client and staff needs Professional and diplomatic communication style Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients and internal stakeholders Exceptional customer service orientation Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues Critical‑thinking skills to evaluate service gaps and implement improvements Flexibility in handling unexpected issues or changing priorities Calm and composed under pressure Strong sense of accountability and reliability ** Please note that Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
