Organizational change management experience including, communication, leadership and development Ability to partner across levels Strong written and verbal presentation capability Ability and willingness to be hands-on; develop, create and implement process, tools and methodologies Strong program and outcome management skills Experience or strong understand of Power Platform or other RPA vendors, tools, and enablement technologies. Demonstrates strong learning agility and self-starter attitude And ability to execute these activities Responsibilities Operationalize an internal learning and certification paths for citizen developers (leveraging Microsoft learning and supplementing with any needed custom learning) Create supplemental content and support citizen development ideation and solution creation Develop and operationalize the citizen developer framework and success measures/KPIs Facilitate readiness review of the technical governance, environments and infrastructure Create the framework and structures for citizen developers to get support as necessary Drive outreach through the active buildout of Community of Practice Build a catalog of developed use cases to support subsequent citizen developers and enable trend identification Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
