What You’ll Do: Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets Research and recommend travel options including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation Handle bookings accurately using reservation systems and provide clients with complete itineraries Advise clients on travel documentation, visas, and insurance requirements Suggest upgrades, excursions, or additional services to enhance their travel experience Keep up-to-date on travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier offerings Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person Follow up with clients after travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the travel/hospitality industry is an asset ांकनelernt θερ including hotel operations or the broader hospitality sector is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while paying attention to detail Comfortable using booking systems, reservation software, and basic computer programs Passion for travel and sharing destination knowledge with clients Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Why Join Us?
