Overview As the Personal Lines, Account Executive , reporting to the AVP of Sales, you will drive new business revenue growth through the delivery of comprehensive Personal Insurance solutions to Gallagher clientele. The Personal Lines Account Executive role may be a phenomenal next step in your career. Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – Gallagher supports remote work while also facilitating collaboration in the office. This position can be based in Gallagher's offices in Markham, Mississauga or Stoney Creek. How You'll Make An Impact Generate new business income, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and act as a concierge to clients throughout the binding process. Achieve sales targets by planning and prioritizing sales activities (quoting, calls) and fully utilizing Gallagher lead systems. Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions while ensuring underwriting frameworks are adhered to. Uphold Gallagher's world-class quality of service standard in all client interactions. About You Success in sales is driven by a client-centric, problem-solving approach that delivers peace of mind to clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop deep client relationships and quickly collaborate with colleagues. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize effectively to exceed client expectations. Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems, tools and processes quickly. 2+ years of Personal Lines experience, preferably in a broking environment. Active and in good standing of RIBO license is required. Insurance designations recognized in other Canadian provinces are assets. Knowledge of EPIC is an asset.
