Develop work schedules and establish procedures. Supervise and oversee growing, harvesting procedures and other crop related operations. Maintain quality control and production records. Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed. Ensure all health and safety procedures are being always followed by workers. Oversee the overall handling of produce to ensure production meets the highest quality of standards for the company. Assist in maintaining and cleaning mushroom growing rooms, irrigation, cultivation or harvesting. Supervise regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and work areas. Perform the examination of properly packed & sorted mushrooms in containers or crates according to specific guidelines and industry standards. Supervise the signs of diseases that can affect mushroom crops for healthy crop growing. Other duties assigned by Farm Manager.
