Director Integrated Program Delivery Join to apply for the Director Integrated Program Delivery role at RBC. What is the opportunity? Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of planning, development, and delivery of initiatives across the Canadian Region from inception of strategy to approval of design and planning, transactions, project delivery, and integration with end‑user workplace experience. Job Description What will you do? Strategic Strive to maximize space utilization and flexibility, minimize costs, support brand awareness, and contribute to innovative solutions and superior client service and experience. Manage and optimize the Canadian portfolio based on lease events, market opportunities, and business requirements. Planning Provide real‑estate expertise, strategy and direction on all major property initiatives in the Canadian Region. Influence and align the organization to optimize benefits and reduce risks derived from operating real‑estate office properties. Transactions Support businesses in securing or renewing leases and property agreements leveraging the Transaction COE. Program/Project Delivery Accountable for the delivery of major/strategic RBC CRE program initiatives in the Canadian Region. Establish and monitor quantitative performance standards and provide timely project and executive summaries, internal reporting, metrics, and key information. Develop business cases and prepare Project Charters and PAR documents to support initiative spending. Operations Deliver and oversee major/strategic projects and initiatives ensuring quality, delivery, process requirements, deliverable timelines, and value added services are incorporated while adhering to approved funding. Establish cross-platform collaboration for major projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring maximum benefit to RBC and cross-platform alignment with CRE standards and practices. Risk Review and maintain the Canadian portfolio to minimize risk exposure to RBC. Provide governance, management oversight, and reporting in relation to initiative delivery. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Strong leadership. 7–10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate with at least 5 years in large-scale program and project management. Proven knowledge of program and project management processes including estimating, tendering, scheduling, interpreting design drawings, construction practices, value engineering, and alternative procurement methods. Strong strategic and financial business acumen. Strong client focus and responsiveness to business goals. Exceptional client relationship, client management, and consultation skills. Nice-to-have Well established in building, developing, and leading teams of professionals. Experience managing outsourced vendor relationships. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets, impact, and influence in global, matrixed organizations. Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational and presentation skills.
