Senior Salesforce Developer (with Automation testing experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled Force.com Hybrid Engineer with expertise in Objects and Fields, Permissions, User Management (both API and human users), and integrations on the Force.com platform. This role also involves troubleshooting pipeline issues and contributing to QA automation.
Once You Are Here, You Will:
• Perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the SalesForce.com platform.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations with third-party solutions.
• Act as the first point of escalation for daily service issues alongside the PM and be a primary contact for stakeholders.
• Prepare and review test scripts and conduct unit testing of changes.
• Provide training, support, and leadership to the larger project team.
• Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards.
• Develop Apex test classes with a minimum of 90% coverage to validate all functionalities and bulk operations.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, including at least 4 projects in a development role.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Sales or Service Cloud Certification.
• 3+ years of experience developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes, creating Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers.
• 3+ years of experience in SFDC developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers.
• At least 6 months of knowledge/usage in the following areas:
o APIs
o SFDC Integration
o Web Services, REST API/SOAP
o DevOps process and CI/CD toolset
o Sharing and data visibility - role hierarchy, user management, profiles, etc.
o Different asynchronous coding techniques
o Developing flows
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred.
• Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL.
• Knowledge of Lightning Application on Aura Framework.
• Providing security controls to users using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, and OWD settings.
• Experience with data migration using Data Loader.
• Understanding of different sandboxes.
