Job Details Position : Software Engineer Type : Hourly Contractor Compensation : $85–$120/hour Location : Remote Duration : 1–2 months Commitment : 20–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Develop and configure robust, high-performance systems for next-generation machine learning applications. Design and implement scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models. Configure environments and design databases to support real-world engineering work. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure system robustness and performance. Qualifications 3+ years of elite software engineering experience in top-tier technology startups or similar environments. Highly skilled in Python. Experience with open-source contributions or large codebases. Computer Science or related degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK. Expert-level proficiency in API development, including creation, testing, and integration. Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Start Date Mid to late October; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
