This resource will work on the development of a strategic application that manages schedules, assignments and payroll. Your role will have a direct impact on one of the operations, contributing to the modernization of a critical industry and a digital transformation that redefines the standards of performance and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and support to junior and mid-level developers. Foster the adoption of modern practices and create a collaborative climate focused on quality, automation and innovation. Work efficiently with existing code and adapt the architecture to ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with the team to design and deliver high-value features. Deliver innovative solutions based on analytics and data. Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices . Integrate emerging trends and artificial intelligence tools. Requirements University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Python Developer Proficient in Python 3.x and related frameworks (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic). Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search, and Kubernetes. Technical leadership and mentoring. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and emerging trends.
