The Opportunity As the Director of Professional Services for our Canadian SAP Business One team you will provide strategic direction to a high‑performing consulting team, ensuring solutions are thoughtfully designed, effectively delivered, and aligned to measurable business outcomes. You will partner with customers to shape their end‑to‑end solution vision, translating business objectives into practical implementation strategies. With accountability for delivery excellence, you will oversee SAP Business One implementation and customization plans to ensure project scope, timelines, client expectations, and communication are consistently managed to deliver success. Responsibilities Partner with regional General Managers to develop and execute Canadian delivery strategy. Own and drive resolution of project and customer escalations. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Canadian delivery team, ensuring team growth and delivery of high service standards. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual professional services ARR and profitability targets. Monitor and assess business performance by analyzing utilization, project delivery outcomes, and overall customer health, and present insights to the executive team for forecasting, decision‑making, and strategic planning. Collaborate with the sales organization to ensure accurate solution scoping and proposal development. Oversee multiple complex SAP Business One program engagements, including resource planning and team allocation. Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships, ensuring alignment with Vision33’s customer success commitment and oversight of project scope, progress, and billing. Qualifications Strong, dynamic leadership experience; problem‑solving, time management, and organizational skills connected to world‑class project delivery. 10+ years’ experience in ERP implementations for the SME market, preferably using SAP Business One, Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Navision, Solomon, Sage, and/or Epicor. 10+ years’ experience in team management and leading complex projects in a Professional Services/Consulting environment. 10+ years’ experience in service excellence, customer engagement, and escalation management. Ability to regularly travel across Canada to our regional offices and customer sites as required. University degree or equivalent in Business (Accounting), Computer Science (Information Systems), Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized post‑secondary institution.
