Summary The Senior Manager, Talent Management is a key member of the Early Career team and leads major parts of our graduate and internship programs. Reporting into the Director, Employee Experience, this role helps shape early career strategy and ensures high quality delivery across programs. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance program design and operational execution, partner effectively across HR and business teams, and deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead major components of the graduate and intern programs as part of the Early Career team, acting with strong autonomy and ownership. Oversee specific program streams (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, rotations, events, or development experiences) and ensure they run smoothly end-to-end. Shape and align program activities with the organization’s early career strategy, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen the overall direction. Drive strategic projects and process improvements to enhance the participant experience and simplify how the team works. Analyze program data and share clear insights that support decisions, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with HR, business leaders, schools, and vendors to support recruitment, operations, and the long-term growth of early-career talent. Collaborate with business unit partners on workforce planning and strategy, report on data, program changes and updates to senior leadership autonomously. Critical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or another related field. 4–5+ years of experience in program management, operations, early career programs, talent development, or a similar role within a business unit or HR. Experience leading programs or large initiatives and partnering with senior leaders. Ability to lead, coach, and provide guidance to team members when required, depending on program needs. Ability to understand organizational strategy and connect it to early career programs and initiatives. Proven experience improving processes, managing operations, and delivering strong program outcomes. Strong skills in summarizing data, generating insights, and communicating clear recommendations. Ability to build effective relationships with HR partners, business leaders, schools, and external vendors. Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and keeping the big picture in mind In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
