Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer (Data and AI) with deep expertise in C# , Databricks , and Python , combined with hands‑on experience in Generative AI frameworks and context engineering . The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern GenAI toolkits such as LangChain and LangGraph , have a strong understanding of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) models , and possess experience with Vector Databases and search systems like Chroma and ElasticSearch . Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable AI-driven data solutions leveraging C#, Python, and Databricks. Build and integrate GenAI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks. Implement and fine‑tune A2A models for intelligent agent collaboration and automation. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate large language models (LLMs) into production environments. Work with MCP servers and distributed architectures for AI/ML workload deployment. Apply strong context engineering practices to enhance prompt reliability and model outputs. Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and contribute to continuous innovation. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of professional development experience, including C# and Python. Proven experience with Databricks or similar big data/AI platforms. Strong knowledge of GenAI architectures, including LLM orchestration and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks. Practical experience with Vector Databases (Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, ElasticSearch, etc.). Familiarity with MCP (Model Control Protocol) Servers and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) model interactions. Deep understanding of prompt and context engineering principles. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Exposure to MLOps, model fine‑tuning, or LLMOps workflows.
