What You'll Do As a key member of the Canada Sales Team, you'll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world. Overall Responsibilities Reporting to the Sr Regional Sales Manager in Quebec, the Key Account Manager is responsible to plan and direct the achievement of volume, distribution and merchandising objectives with a specified list of key accounts to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives for key accounts as determined in annual budget. Develop annual sales plans for each designated key account. Develop and execute category management strategies and tactics for each key account. Manage effectively trade funds of each key account to achieve net sales. Secure new listing on a timely basis. Work closely with each key account to maintain existing listings and proper positioning (planogramming) of our brands, as determined by objectives. Secure incremental promotional activities with each key account. Create product demand in the accounts by helping the retailers resell, through effective advertising and promotion. Complete the required administration and evaluation reports in a timely manner including business review portfolios, promotional contracts, and monthly expense reports. Report the activity of competitors. Maintain courteous relationships with all customers. Identify and pursue the openings of new accounts in conjunction with regional strategies. Work closely with Territory Managers by providing them the required tools and information by key account. Communicating all opportunities to Jamieson Territory Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, Director of Sales and to appropriate Key Account staff on a timely basis. Conducting quarterly business reviews with each key account. Working in compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure. Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of facilities. Other duties and projects as assigned. What You Bring College or University Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), especially Excel Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English Demonstrated sales background (minimum 5 years) in account management in the CPG industry Proven ability to work independently, and on own initiatives Collaborative, multi-tasking, ability to build a relationship with a variety of people Organized and able to make an independent decision Driver's License and able to travel to make customer visits and meetings Reside in the province of Quebec or surrounding area. Able to handle stock, loading and unloading vehicle (approximately 30 lbs. at a time) Note: If you don't meet every requirement listed here, we still encourage you to apply.
