What You’ll Be Doing Serve as a trusted advisor and engagement champion for members and network communities. Design and launch data‑informed, multi‑channel strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms. Produce dynamic written, visual, video, and audio content in collaboration with global teams and member leaders. Activate member ambassadors and ignite community‑driven momentum. Analyze engagement performance, gather insights, and optimize future initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally to support events, programming, and flagship YPO offerings (Forum, Learning, Events, Strategic Partnerships). Exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
