NETWORKS ENGAGEMENT MANAGER YPO is seeking a Networks Engagement Manager to continue advancing the work of cultivating vibrant, meaningful communities across our global membership. This role plays a central part in keeping our Business, Personal, Family, and Impact Networks thriving—helping members discover opportunities, build connections, and engage in experiences that inspire growth. YPO is the global leadership community of more than 34,000 chief executives across 150+ countries. As part of our Networks Engagement Team, you’ll contribute to an established ecosystem of programs, content, and relationships—while helping shape what engagement looks like for the future of our community. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as a trusted advisor and engagement champion for members and network communities. Design and launch data‑informed, multi‑channel strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms. Produce dynamic written, visual, video, and audio content in collaboration with global teams and member leaders. Activate member ambassadors and ignite community‑driven momentum. Analyze engagement performance, gather insights, and optimize future initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally to support events, programming, and flagship YPO offerings (Forum, Learning, Events, Strategic Partnerships). Manage daily platform activity, community dialogue, and social presence within assigned networks. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are… A relationship‑builder who builds trust and sparks connection. A collaborative partner who works confidently across global, virtual teams. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or member engagement. 3+ years working in a membership, association, or nonprofit organization. Strong experience with content strategy, digital campaigns, and engagement tools. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite (Salesforce, Canva, Tableau are a plus). Exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
