The Opportunity Under Sunwing Vacations Group , we are looking for a Specialist, Growth Marketing to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Specialist, Growth Marketing, you will play an integral role in helping scale the growth of WestJet Vacations' eComm business, overseeing the development, execution, and reporting of a variety of promotional activities supporting WestJet Vacations. The specialist will work closely with marketing COEs as well as various business stakeholders to support the promotional and performance strategy. You'll be at the intersection of promotional planning, analytics, and experimentation - helping drive traffic, conversion, and retention through campaigns. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Growth & Revenue Marketing and will be located in Toronto, ON . What You'll Do Work with internal cross functional partners and external agency partners to develop full year omni-channel promotional campaigns Ideate and contribute to omnichannel media buying strategy to generate measurable growth Develop cross functional campaign briefs for mass and regional campaigns Assist in internal campaign analysis & reporting to identify areas of opportunity Collaborate with internal stakeholders on developing a robust promotional calendar Brief internal and external marketing partners on all aspects of promotional details to ensure integrated go to market plans are implemented ahead of campaigns Conduct routine reviews of key competitors, and develop reactive campaigns to ensure WestJet Vacations is competitive in the vacations landscape A / B test creative, targeting, and messaging to drive improvements in acquisition and conversion Partner with analytics and creative teams to align campaigns with broader brand and business objectives Manage website updates to continuously improve on-site experience, effectiveness of key landing pages, and path to conversion funnels Assist in conducting routine audits of web pages to ensure merchandising is in-line with business priorities Track and analyze KPIs such as session volume, transactions, key event rate, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-Business or Communications, or equivalent experience 4+ years' experience in a related field Proficiency managing and executing campaigns; solid understanding of marketing KPI's, metrics and reporting practices Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work Experience with project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Asana, etc) Experience with web analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Access and PowerPoint Exceptional oral and written communications skills Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving ability Positive and enthusiastic team player Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented-takes pride in a job well done What We Offer Great travel perks Corporate discounts with Perkopolis, Goodlife and more Growth opportunities Free parking Open concept, collaborative workspace Fresh café with beverages, delicious snacks and meals at a subsidized price Opportunity to give back through our social responsibility initiatives See for yourself @sunwinglife We thank all who apply however only those who meet the qualifications will be contacted.
