Location: Langley, British Columbia • Type: In the Office Our Langley, BC branch is currently looking for an experienced Deficiency Quotation Specialist to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for quoting deficiencies and making recommendations that are generated from the service inspections performed by our skilled technicians. Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is one of the largest suppliers of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Security, Nurse call and Communications Systems in Canada. Troy is a 2025 winner of the Canada’s Best Managed Companies program Responsibilities Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities pertaining to retrofit projects and tenant improvements Completing pre‑qualification documents Reviewing drawings/specifications Developing proposals and securing purchase orders/contracts Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study is considered a strong asset 3 – 5 years’ experience in fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance and/or sales Demonstrated organizational skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team Salary: $62,000.00 annually Thank you to all applicants who have taken the time to apply for this role.
