Commercial Sales Support Specialist – Lennox Location: City of Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Responsibilities Manage account relationships. Create and manage daily customer quotations. Negotiate plan and spec jobs with respective house accounts. Complete order entry, order maintenance, and order delivery process management. Manage weekly bid schedule. Prioritize projects, communicate bid dates and times, and coordinate quoting responsibilities with Commercial Territory Managers. Maintain the quote follow‑up process, update weekly open quote reports, update the CRM to reflect quote status, and coordinate with third‑party vendors. Assist in credit and collection activities. Handle the order credit approval process to avoid delays and past‑due orders. Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately to reduce manual overrides and allowances. Coordinate and manage quotes and orders according to guidelines for residential districts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education/experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of related experience. Strong relationship building, listening, persuading, negotiating, and time‑management skills. Knowledge of principles and methods for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services. Understanding of marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Principles and processes for delivering customer service, including customer needs assessment and service quality standards. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate industry and product knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and an annual bonus based on company performance. The total target compensation range for this role is $62,480 to $82,005 (90% base salary plus 10% commission, assuming attainment at plan), with additional business‑objective incentives.
