Provide system integration consulting services to business partners on initiatives of varying complexity. Collaborate with project teams to determine the best mix of development, interfacing applications and third‑party solutions. Participate in detailed requirements phases, release meetings, and agile events (daily stand‑ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, program increment planning). Contribute to test plans and lead system and acceptance testing. Build and maintain reusable requirements documentation and enforce data protection policies and cybersecurity best practices. What will you do? Provide system integration consulting services to business partners. Determine best mix of development, interfacing applications and third‑party solutions. Participate in requirement phases, release meetings and agile ceremonies. Use defined or new methodologies to test technologies and system functionality. Document inter‑operability problems and implement solutions. Contribute to test plans and lead acceptance testing. Maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation. Provide recommendations on solution design, test approach and test results. Work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve compliance, security and other issues. Govern consistent data controls across RBC Insurance platforms. Participate in AI adoption work groups to improve productivity. Assess, research, analyze and document process efficiencies for integration services. Enforce and support data protection policies and cybersecurity best practices. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have 5‑7 years of BA/BSA experience in Agile, Iterative & Waterfall environments. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative approach to complex data sets. Experience with requirements analysis, scope modelling, business process modelling, use cases, data requirements and user stories. Experience with data model development, transformation and system‑to‑system interfacing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Track record of learning new skills and applying them in the workplace. Experience with backlog management and prioritisation. Nice‑to‑have Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk, Salesforce, ETL, Data Lakehouse (Snowflake, MDM). Experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, ACORD messaging standards. Experience in a coordinated Agile environment and with APIs. Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI tools. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, XMLSpy, NotePad++, HPALM, Visio.
