Senior Financial Analyst – TD SYNNEX North AmericaWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a central role in our Finance & Accounting organization. Responsibilities include delivering strategic analysis, building advanced financial models, and developing recurring and ad‑hoc reports that inform decisions across Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams. You will partner directly with VP and SVP‑level leaders, guide and mentor junior analysts, help shape continuous improvements in our analytical tools and processes, and establish accounting policies and controls for your functional areas.What you’ll doLead financial and operational performance analysis – prepare cost/benefit, ROI, and scenario models to support new initiatives and projects.Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive profitability, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Mentor and review the work of junior analysts, delegating tasks and ensuring accuracy and best practices.Design and deliver compelling presentations and data visualizations primarily using Excel, Power BI, and/or other tools.Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and trends.Develop and maintain standard accounting policies, procedures, and month‑end close deliverables; support internal and external audits.Contribute to special Finance initiatives and process‑improvement projects that increase team productivity and scalability.Who we’re looking for3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in FP&A, banking, investment, or corporate finance.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management (preferred).CPA/CFA/CMA/FMVA certification or equivalent experience strongly considered.Advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA), with proven ability to build dashboards and automate processes; Power BI and SQL knowledge a plus.Deep analytical mindset – comfortable with large data sets, critical thinking, and drawing strategic conclusions.Exceptional communication skills – confident presenting to senior executives and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.Self‑starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced, lean team environment.Collaborative leader capable of guiding junior colleagues and working across diverse teams with cultural sensitivity and respect.Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.Willingness to work occasional non‑standard hours around month‑end or project deadlines.Working conditionsProfessional office environment.Hybrid work model – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Base pay rangeCA$70,000 – CA$110,000 per year.Benefits & perksElective benefits tailored to your country.Career development programs and on‑demand courses.Well‑being programs for financial, physical, and mental health.Commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion.Global networking and community events.Company cultureAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.ApplyIf you meet most of the above requirements, we encourage you to apply.
