We're looking for a Lead Mover to join our team in Hamilton, ON If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy staying active, and love helping people, this could be the perfect job for you. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience. Flexible Hours: Full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee a team of movers on various moving jobs. Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport furniture and household items. Ensure all items are properly protected and handled with care. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive moving experience. Manage the logistics of each move, including coordinating schedules and teams. Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. Requirements: Previous moving or labor experience is a must. Leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and professional appearance.
