React Frontend Developer

About the Company Our client is working on the next generation of digital experiences to impact daily users at the intersection of AI and software. The team is looking for a React Frontend Developer who shares their enthusiasm for elegant user experiences, and innovative solutions. The Role As a React Frontend Developer, you’ll work closely with the product and design teams to build beautiful, responsive, and accessible web applications. You’ll have the opportunity to share ideas and help shape out the frontend architecture while working with modern technologies and contributing to the component library. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency with TypeScript and ES6+ features Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, React Query) Knowledge of modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) Experience with version control systems (Git) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS solutions Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks GraphQL and Apollo Client Understanding of CI/CD principles Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation Contribution to open-source projects Core Technologies Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js Styling: Tailwind CSS, Styled Components Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Tools & Infrastructure Build Tools: Vite, Webpack Documentation: Storybook API: REST, GraphQL Version Control: Git, GitHub CI/CD: GitHub Actions Analytics: Google Analytics, Sentry The Offer Hybrid work environment (2 days office/3 days remote) RRSP matching program (up to 4%) Annual health spending ($3,000) 3 weeks paid vacation with holiday shut down Decode talent is committed to working with you in the next steps of your career.
