B2B Sales Lead – Institutional Medical Education Join to apply for the B2B Sales Lead – Institutional Medical Education role at Braintrust Role Overview We are looking for a B2B Sales Lead to spearhead our expansion into medical school partnerships. Your mission is to move beyond individual student sales and secure institutional contracts for our OMM Bootcamp and 1:1 tutoring/advising programs with DO and MD schools across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to key decision‑makers, including Deans and Department Chairs. Pilot Program Development: Design and sell “Pilot Programs” to schools with low COMLEX/USMLE pass rates, providing a low‑friction entry point for institutional adoption. Relationship Management: Foster long‑term partnerships with school leadership, moving leads through a complex 6–12 month B2B sales cycle. Contract Negotiation: Estimate, negotiate, and finalize service contracts and pricing for class‑wide licenses. Sales Collateral Collaboration: Work with the fCMO to create data‑driven case studies and white papers that prove our 100% match rate and score improvements. Ideal Candidate Proven B2B Sales Experience in the healthcare or higher education space. Deep understanding of the medical education landscape and institutional budget cycles. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience navigating multi‑stakeholder decision‑making.
