Position Title: Industrial Sales Manager – Canada Location: Canada (Full-Time, In-Office) Reporting to: Freddy Yahchouchi Travel: On the road minimum 2 days per week meeting customers and prospects Type: Full-time Overview Great Foods is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to develop and grow our industrial and B2B customer base in Canada. This is a pure new business development role, starting from the ground up. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and comfortable opening doors, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term customers. The role is focused on selling Great Foods’ industrial product portfolio, including fruit purées, concentrates, and processed agricultural ingredients, to manufacturers, further processors, and industrial users across Canada. You will work closely with senior leadership to define the go-to-market strategy, identify target segments, and establish Great Foods as a reliable, competitive industrial supplier in the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to build Great Foods’ industrial sales presence in Canada Identify, prospect, and secure new industrial customers including manufacturers, processors, and ingredient buyers Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities from scratch Conduct in-person customer visits at least twice per week to develop relationships and advance opportunities Lead commercial discussions including pricing, volumes, specifications, and contract terms Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on specifications, availability, and production planning Represent Great Foods at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of proven sales experience in industrial, ingredient, or B2B food sales Strong track record in new business development and opening accounts from scratch Existing network within Canadian food manufacturing or industrial food sectors preferred Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel regularly and spend time on the road meeting customers Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment What We Offer A true greenfield opportunity to build and scale industrial sales in Canada Full-time, in-office role with strong field and customer-facing exposure Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Long-term career growth as the industrial division expands Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
