Overview Randstad Canada is seeking a Client Executive, Business Development to support all of Canada, with a focus on prospecting and landing new mid-market and strategic accounts. You will identify and build relationships with new contacts, generate new business, sell Randstad’s services, grow accounts, and drive results. The role is based in the GTA with easy access to local offices and customers. What you get to do Prospect and generate revenue from national accounts at executive levels (President, CIO, CTO, Senior VPs, etc.) through regular executive calls, visits, executive presentations, and delivery of top-tier value-added programs. Position Randstad to influence strategic recruitment and staffing decisions within existing accounts. Develop new revenue streams and increase overall revenue through new account penetration. Attain revenue goals, increase account share, develop high-level business contacts and relationships, and achieve margin and profitability targets. Provide executive management of prospect account activities, coordinate city-level Account Managers, and own the overall prospect relationship for designated national accounts. Develop recruitment strategy for prospective clients with an integrated approach to recruitment. Develop and maintain a centralized customer intelligence repository (organizational charts, media clips, annual reports, current news, vertical market analysis, etc.) and share with the client service team. Mentor Account Managers on advanced client development and service techniques. What you need to bring Proven sales history of hunting, qualifying, and closing new logos in the human capital and staffing solutions industry. Recent experience in the professional (F&A, Business Admin) and/or operational (skilled trades, M&L, engineering) verticals. 5+ years of demonstrated B2B business development and/or client account expansion success in the GTA with exposure to complex and long sales cycles. Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to leverage processes and technology tools to deliver results. Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
