Support kitchen operations through food preparation, dishwashing, and sanitation at an urban, on-site workplace. Use English while handling daily service tasks.
This Kitchen Helper position requires one year to less than two years of experience. Duties include preparing simple food items, packaging take-out orders, portioning foods, and maintaining clean kitchen equipment. You will also stock refrigerators and salad bars while using manual and electrical appliances. No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, and waste units
- Wash dishes and other items by hand
- Package take-out food and wrap portions
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Requirements:
- One year to less than two years of experience
- English language ability
- Ability to operate a deep fryer
- Comfort standing for extended periods
- Ability to handle up to 9 kilograms
