Support residents with memory and health issues through housekeeping and food service duties. Work scheduled shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., seven days weekly.
As a Multiskilled Worker, you will cover housekeeping, laundry, and food service responsibilities. You will maintain resident areas, prepare and serve meals, clean kitchens, and follow health and safety guidelines. The position requires multitasking, communication, and dependable shift availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas
- Assist with food preparation and meal service
- Set up and clean chairs and tables
- Deliver meal trays and complete dishwashing duties
- Report injuries, hazards, and management requests promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
- Healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and holiday shift availability
