In this sales-driven role, you’ll analyze markets, secure competitive policies, and build lasting client relationships while delivering top-tier service in a supportive, innovative workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage the sales process, including preparing competitive quotes, processing applications, and overseeing policy renewals using advanced tools like PowerBroker and Applied Rating Services . Build strong client relationships to generate referrals, secure new business, and grow your book of business. Apply market-specific underwriting standards to ensure accurate and compliant policy offerings. Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions from a wide range of personal and commercial products. Consistently achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high-quality service standards. Promote insurance to potential clients through various channels, including networking and digital outreach. Negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal policy terms and pricing for clients. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with expertise and care. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise. Develop and maintain a network of Centers of Influence (COIs) to boost lead generation and refine marketing/sales strategies. Skills and Qualifications ·        Valid RIBO license is required ·        Experience in personal or commercial lines is a strong asset. ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with PowerBroker and Applied Rating Services is a plus. ·        Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently. ·        Comfort with cold calling and building professional relationships with COIs. ·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients. ·        Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to independently drive and manage your business.
