What You'll Be Doing As a Consultant, Enterprise Digital and AI Delivery, you will support the execution of the product strategy for Digital and AI applications across the bank. The role will focus on executing and delivering digital transformation, AI use cases and enhancing AI platforms. This role will contribute to CIBC's transformation by executing and delivering on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives and digital that align with the bank's growth objectives and enhance client experience. You will work in close collaboration with technology teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI products and solutions, and will be aligned to specific strategic business units. At CIBC you’ll have a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with 1‑3 days per week on‑site and the rest remote. How You’ll Succeed Provide a clear vision of the product – ensure partners across the enterprise and your delivery pod understand the vision and why we are building these capabilities. Identify gaps in scope and manage with the end user in mind. Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with stakeholders, partners, and analytics to solve user problems, meet business objectives, and prioritize maximum value work. Lead the requirement curation process, develop user stories collaboratively with development teams and stakeholders. Work with and drive alignment with stakeholders – keeping them engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle. Understand and manage competing needs & priorities and set expectations. Ensure each iteration delivers expected results – working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features; manage release plans & monitor scope, schedule and budget. Deliver with speed: support agile product delivery, ensuring maximum business value each iteration on time, within scope and budget, and future‑proofing.
