**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing

At Enterprise Digital, we’re building the bank of the future. As Consultant, Enterprise Digitaly, you will articulate and support the strategic direction of CIBC’s digital growth, initiatives and client experience. This role be responsible for supporting the Strategy pillar of Enterprise Digital, partnering across CIBC’s business units to build and maintain our roadmap based on the needs of our partners across the bank while also taking into account external factors that will influence our digital future.

This is a highly collaborative mandate with lots of exposure across the bank and will require a strong commitment to achieve collective success. The role will support cross-functional efforts with an objective to put in place highly complex strategic digital transformation.

The focus of this role will be flexible to meet the needs of our evolving digital strategy as the industry changes and our needs evolve.

How You’ll Succeed
- Enable the strategic vision: Develop and support the enterprise digital strategy including the strategic digital roadmap.
- Ownership to meet objectives: Build stories, presentations, business requirements, lead strategic work packages, and deliver robust business cases for proposed strategic direction and associated initiatives. Solicit feedback formally and informally from stakeholders and all lines of business to ensure ongoing leadership strength and momentum.
- Collaboration & communication: Deep-dive into channel strategies that drive profitable revenue growth, adoption and usage of digital capabilities to support meeting clients’ needs. Effectively consult and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across CIBC to develop unified digital banking platforms and capabilities.
- Influence our future: Build deep expertise in foundational digital capabilities, factor these into the roadmap, and support alignment across the enterprise to advance exploration.
- Enable new opportunities and our future: Assess market and emerging digital opportunities for increased revenue growth and enhanced client experiences, and stay relevant in advances within digital banking.
