Canada Pacific Data Integrators Full time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Outreach - 40%

  • Assist in managing digital (social and email) marketing campaigns, from content creation to scheduling campaigns
  • Analyze metrics from digital campaigns and categorize captured leads as hot, warm or cold based on their activity
  • Leverage CRM to create targeted digital campaigns based on lead type
  • Personalize outreach through 1:1 emails and LinkedIn messaging

Event Planning - 25%

  • Provide support in organizing marketing events and initiatives
  • Assist in setup and distribution of all promotional collateral
  • Serve as a representative of the Company, engaging with others and providing information on the Company
  • Travel, as needed up to 5 times per year, for corporate events and meetings

Product Marketing - 20% to 25%

  • Participate in trainings to understand latest products, services and industry trends
  • Closely work with CEO and company managers to strategize marketing and advertising for company products and services

Social Media - 10% to 15%

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement

QUALIFCATIONS

  • College graduate, Bachelor’s degree
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work with tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • A get-it-done attitude with the ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem-solve, and willingness to learn and grow; take ownership and responsibility
  • Is willing and able to travel on short notice across USA and Canada, 3 - 5 times per year (expenses will be paid by Company)
