RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing Outreach - 40%Assist in managing digital (social and email) marketing campaigns, from content creation to scheduling campaignsAnalyze metrics from digital campaigns and categorize captured leads as hot, warm or cold based on their activityLeverage CRM to create targeted digital campaigns based on lead typePersonalize outreach through 1:1 emails and LinkedIn messagingEvent Planning - 25%Provide support in organizing marketing events and initiativesAssist in setup and distribution of all promotional collateralServe as a representative of the Company, engaging with others and providing information on the CompanyTravel, as needed up to 5 times per year, for corporate events and meetingsProduct Marketing - 20% to 25%Participate in trainings to understand latest products, services and industry trendsClosely work with CEO and company managers to strategize marketing and advertising for company products and servicesSocial Media - 10% to 15%Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platformsMonitor social media channels and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive engagement QUALIFCATIONSCollege graduate, Bachelor's degreeDetail-oriented and extremely organizedExcellent time management skills, able to work with tight deadlines and juggle multiple prioritiesA get-it-done attitude with the ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem-solve, and willingness to learn and grow; take ownership and responsibilityIs willing and able to travel on short notice across USA and Canada, - 5 times per year (expenses will be paid by Company)
