As our Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and, ultimately, revenue growth. You'll be creating assets for social media, editing videos, coordinating and scheduling promotional events, crafting chat-marketing automations to engage with followers on social media and expanding our testimonial marketing approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media content under the guidance / direction of our Social Media Lead
  • Edit promotional videos to bolster engagement
  • Implement and manage chat-marketing automations through tools like ManyChats
  • Enhance existing testimonial marketing approach to showcase customer wins and success stories
  • Coordinate and schedule promotional program events
  • Analyze customer behaviour, trends, and preferences to maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Prepare reports to efficiently and effectively communicate marketing tactics and results


Ideal Candidates will Possess the Following

  • Reside in British Columbia or Alberta
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in video editing software and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to embody Copyhackers' values in their work
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field


Salary:

$60,000 per year
