The Opportunity Vermilion Energy has an exciting opportunity in the Calgary office seeking a Legal Counsel. This role will report directly to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and be an integral part of the Corporate Legal Team. The Legal Counsel will focus on supporting the company’s legal requirements, including acquisitions & divestments, operations, marketing, joint venture, land and securities matters. You will provide timely, practical, and business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders, helping to manage risk and enable efficient decision-making. The successful candidate will join a team that values its people and provides work with purpose.
