Position: Mathematics PhD Type: Hourly contractor Compensation: $70–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 15–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Collaborate asynchronously with a team of experts in your domain. Craft, solve, and review challenging problems with real-world applicability. Evaluate and improve AI model performance using domain expertise. Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines. Qualifications Master's or PhD in Mathematics from a top US university. Experience coding in Python and MATLAB for projects or research. Field-specific experience in Numerical Linear Algebra, Computational Mechanics, or Computational Finance. High attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proficiency in English. Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia. Start Date Late December; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
