We provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province. As an agent for Atlas Van Lines, our Moving Division offers local and long distance moving services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers Perform administrative duties including answering phones, assisting customers, processing paperwork, document scanning, and data entry Manage shipment tracking, billing, and collections Conduct surveys over the phone, in person, and virtually; prepare and deliver estimates; schedule and complete bookings Proactively promote company services and identify upselling opportunities Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Qualifications Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
