This position supports financial reporting and analysis for multiple real estate investment portfolios and works closely with finance and asset management teams to meet reporting and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, balance sheet reviews, and reconciliations Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit processes Process invoices, deposits, HST/QST filings, and client distributions Maintain ledgers, prepare accruals, and assist with fund-level reporting metrics (NAV, IRR, TWRR, etc.) Contribute to process improvements and automation projects About You Working toward or holding a CPA designation; degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business an asset 3–4+ years of accounting experience in real estate, fund administration, or investment management (Fund accounting highly preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Advanced Excel proficiency; Yardi experience an asset Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
