In this position within the Municipal Licensing & Standards division, candidates will perform clerical duties involving document management, statistical reporting, and customer service interactions. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in high-volume environments, utilizing case management systems and various office software. Moreover, the role demands outstanding organizational and communication skills to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process varied documents and reports
• Conduct data assessments and resolve inaccuracies
• Direct and verify the work of assigned staff members
• Maintain a comprehensive record and retrieval system
• Facilitate meetings while documenting minute details
Requirements:
• Robust customer service experience in administrative roles
• Skills in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent multitasking and priority-setting capabilities
• Strong problem-solving as well as writing skills
• Familiarity with legislations and municipal codes
