Great Here's what we're looking for: Proven backend expertise - You have 5+ years of hands‑on experience building high-quality software, with strong command of C#, Go, or another modern backend language (and you're eager to learn our stack if needed). System design chops - You're skilled in architecting and building scalable, distributed systems, and can clearly articulate your design decisions. Data‑savvy mindset - You've worked extensively with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and understand how to design for performance and reliability. Bonus points for PostgreSQL or Redis experience. Product‑driven and cross‑functional - You thrive in collaborative, product‑oriented environments working alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers. You're excited to build and ship real SaaS products used by real customers, and you've actually deployed and maintained services in production. AI‑forward thinking - You have hands‑on experience with AI and LLMs (even if exploratory) and regularly use AI‑assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. You're excited about the transformative potential of AI in software development. Project Overview Is built with services written in C# (.NET) and Go. Uses PostgreSQL for data storage and Redis for caching. Exposes both REST and GraphQL APIs. Runs on AWS infrastructure managed as code using Terraform. Operates in Kubernetes with automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for continuous deployment.
