Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated eTime Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an eTime Implementation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources and Payroll support teams, contributing to the successful deployment and management of ADP's eTime module. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Job Title: eTime Implementation Specialist Location: Richmond Hill, ON – Onsite: 3 days a week Pay Range: can be up to a maximum of $45 per hour. ( based on experience ) What's the Job? Assist in configuring the ADP Enterprise eTIME module to meet client-specific requirements. Document business requirements and configuration decisions to ensure clarity and consistency. Conduct integration testing with payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to ensure seamless operation. Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities to maintain data integrity. Participate in client meetings, document requirements, and support user onboarding and training. What's Needed? Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple project components effectively. In-depth knowledge of ADP GlobalView and eTime timekeeping concepts. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
