This is not a general HR role — it is a technical-functional role that sits between HR, payroll, and IT, responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying the ADP GlobalView + eTIME modules for clients. Job Title eTime Implementation Specialist Job Description Assist in configuring ADP Enterprise eTIME module. Document business requirements and configuration decisions. Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules. Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities. Participate in client meetings and document requirements. Conduct UAT & Parallel testing and troubleshoot issues. Prepare training materials and support user onboarding. Track project milestones/deliverables and elevate risks to the Project Manager. Monitor project timelines and provide status updates. Help deliver training and post-go-live support. Document configuration settings, workflows, and user guides. Start Date Jan/2026 End Date Nov/2026 Location of Work Onsite: Richmond Hill, ON – 3 days a week or Virtual Top Skills 2+ years of hands on experience of with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation Strong analytical and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge with ADP GlobalView and eTime timekeeping concepts. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
