Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for capital markets applications, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT. Collaborate with development, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and regulatory standards. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists onshore/offshore. Drive performance and accountability through clear KPIs and objectives.

Test Execution & Reporting: Oversee test case creation, execution, and defect management using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, qTest). Provide test metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders. Ensure traceability between test cases and business/technical requirements. Automation Tools: Guide implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks for capital markets systems.

Evaluate and integrate testing tools suitable for complex financial applications. Regulatory Compliance Testing: Ensure QA processes support MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or other relevant regulatory compliance efforts. Manage audits and documentation as part of regulatory review processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
