QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation testing across UI and API layers, particularly within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, scripting in Java, and CI/CD pipeline creation. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through robust automated testing strategies. Key Responsibilities Perform automation testing for applications, including both UI and API layers. Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber. Test APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and Karate. Write and maintain automation scripts in Java. Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards. Use version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket. Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA automation. Strong experience in the banking domain. Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber). Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate). Solid programming skills in Java. Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management. Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Bitbucket. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile environments.
