We seek a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our Fintech team. As a user researcher, you will understand users’ needs and expectations, ensuring our products deliver the best possible experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive user research and leverage insights to inform product decisions. What You’ll Do Lead and manage end-to-end UX research projects, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of both qualitative and quantitative data Collaborate with product teams and designers to define research questions, develop comprehensive research plans, and prioritize research initiatives that align with business objectives Translate research insights into concrete recommendations to influence product strategy and guide design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach Communicate the value of UX by presenting research findings and strategic recommendations.
