Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large public sector client on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate would support the client in the undertaking of a major capital facilities construction project. The core responsibility of this project would be the implementation of Vocera / Nurse Call Integration. This roles primarily concerns the various aspects of business analysis needed to support this project.


Services Required:

  1. Business and clinical requirements identification and documentation, including:
  • Coordinating requirements workshops, site surveys and requirements questionnaires.
  • Documentation of business requirements
  • Test case writing, testing and test coordination
  • Clinical stakeholder user engagement, clinical change management and communications
  1. Coordination of technical resources, for Nurse Call, Wi-Fi, and network configuration, for example.
  2. Coordination of facilities management resources, for site surveys, electrical and millwork.
  3. Development of a repeatable intake support process and application call flow design that can be used across successive clinical departments.
  4. Development of repeatable requirements identification processes that can be used across successive clinical departments. To include continuous process improvement and lessons learned.
  5. Detailed review and clinical approval of use cases against call flow designs.
  6. Participate in go-live support and end use adoption with training sessions.
  7. Coordination of Vocera inventory for:
  • Badges
  • Software licenses
  • Battery chargers
  • Badge accessories
  • Nurse Call – call points, as well as possibility for other integration data management
  1. Documenting and transitioning work to operational teams, including gathering all required sign-offs as well as having a period of supporting transition.


Must Haves

  • 4+ years’ experience working as a Sr. BA
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with business requirements and use case development and analysis.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with user adoption strategies (Change management and training plans)
  • Minimum 5+ years Experience managing department requirement matrixes across multiple departments


Plusses:

  • Experience with voice call flows
  • Experience managing end user asset management with multiple parts and complex licenses would be strongly preferred. E.g., Vocera badges, batteries, chargers, headsets, licensing assignments, etc.
  • Experience with end user training in a clinical setting
  • Specific experience with Vocera
