Based out of our Surrey Head Office, you’ll lead a focused, high‑performing team responsible for leasing, design, construction, and facilities across our branches nationwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the evolution of our national real estate strategy—ensuring our spaces scale with growth, boost operational efficiency, and deliver meaningful, modern workplaces and customer experiences. Expected Compensation: The hiring range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
