Overview The Membership Director is a key role at KidStrong, enabling us to impact the lives of children and their families in our community. Responsibilities Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to reach out to our prospective members, answer their questions and enroll them into a life changing program. Enrolling families into the KidStrong family and seeing the impact the program has on their lives. Requirements and Expectations This is NOT a 9-5 job. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends. This IS a HIGH REWARD role Enrolling families into the KidStrong family and seeing the impact the program has on their lives is the BEST This IS a HIGH PERFORMANCE role You will receive a base salary plus bonuses on each enrollment This IS a GROWTH mindset role You will have every opportunity to move up in the company, into both centre and regional leadership roles if you choose to pursue those paths. We are looking for candidates who LOVE people, who love to make IMPACT, and who are HIGH PERFORMERS Compensation Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year About KidStrong KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
